Watching the participants of the local on today's . 👏👏👏

A road stretches out beneath the bridge from where this photo was taken. The road is closed to traffic, allowing a group of cyclists to race along it. Lush greenery lines both sides of the road, with grass and trees creating a vibrant backdrop. In the distance, darker green hills rise gently, adding depth to the scene. The sky above is cloudy, yet friendly.

                    Good morning peeps 🌞🌅

I was back at it again this morning, on what should have been my long run.
But for some reason I couldn't sleep last night, so at almost 6km, I made the decision to turn back home.

It's been a week of not great runs, and I don't know why.Though I've been feeling a bit down, what with the tail of this cold n' cough - I dunno...that's life sometimes I guess. So, I'll try a smile, rest up, and go again next time.

                      90 Minutes Elliptical

Replaced today’s running with an elliptical session instead. Because after yesterday’s running I had a little setback on my right knee. So to avoid worsening that i resorted to the more gentle cardio activity here. It is as if time passes more slowly inside a gym than outside.

                              Lauf 1 - Mittwochnachmittag

And with that, my jumped to another new high -- 53.8! It was just 51.6 from the end of August, and in fact it has kept rising steadily in the past month or so since I started following !

There are too many confounding variables -- perhaps it's the strides asked in almost every workout, or perhaps it's the temperature cooling down. But in any case I definitely can feel breathing is much easier for me, and my leg muscles are not as tired as before!

However it was still an enjoyable morning of hill running.

Whenever I see people , jogging, walking, moving — they are happy people!

I don't understand people walking on a trail, still heads down buried in their phones.

Be present, enjoy the sight, the sound, the air, and the vibe around you! We only have limited time!
